Motoröl tritt an der Verbindung der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe zu deren Antriebsgehäuse am Zylinderkopf aus. Hier gibt es die Möglichkeit nur einen Dichtring der Hockdruckpumpe zu tauschen und die Dichtheit neu zu bewerten. Die Ursache, Abtropfen von Dieselkraftstoff am Kraftstofftank konnten wir bei vollem Tank ebenfalls feststellen. Der Kraftstoff tritt an der Dichtfläche zwischen der (Intank) Kraftstoff Vorförderpumpe und einer Entlüftungsleitung aus. Engine oil is leaking at the connection between the high-pressure fuel pump and its drive housing on the cylinder head. It is possible to replace just one sealing ring of the high-pressure fuel pump and reassess the tightness. We were also able to determine the cause, dripping diesel fuel on the fuel tank, when the tank was full. The fuel is leaking from the sealing surface between the (intank) fuel feed pump and a vent line.
