Bei der Besichtigung waren keine Fahrzeugpapiere vorhanden. Auch während einer Nachfrist wurden keine Fahrzeugpapiere nachgereicht/vorgelegt. Anfragen bei den letzten beteiligten Werkstätten durch den SV blieben ohne Ergebnis. die Wartungsnachweise, die HU- und SPPrüfberichte. Die eingeschlagene Fahrgestellnummer (FIN) am Fahrzeugrahmen konnte nicht gefunden werden. Laut Feststellung wurde in das Fahrzeug ein Scania 16-Liter V8-Motor (umgerechnet circa 373 kW) eingebaut. Das Fahrzeug entspricht somit dem Modell Scania T500. Über den Umbau des Fahrzeugs/Austausch des Motors liegen ebenfalls keine Papiere/weiteren Informationen vor. Ob das Fahrzeug die nun erforderliche Hauptuntersuchung besteht kann hier nicht beurteilt werden. Die Deckenverkleidung im Fahrerhaus fehlt. Laut Informationen soll sie bei einem Diebstahl entwendet worden sein. Ob dadurch weitere Beschädigungen (Kabel, etc.) entstanden sind kann hier nicht beurteilt werden. Im Rahmen der Sichtprüfung wurden diverse Mängel und Beschädigungen festgestellt (Trittbrett Fahrerhaus links gebrochen, Undichtigkeiten Öl, etc.). Die Batterie ist entladen, der Start war nur mit Starthilfe möglich. Da das Fahrzeug ohne Zulassung ist konnte nur eine eingeschränkte Probefahrt/Funktionskontrolle auf dem Betriebsgelände durchgeführt werden
